Rubiks Cube Penthouse

Rubiks Cube Penthouse

In architecture we often need to work with existing, sub-optimal conditions – this was the case with an existing 3,000 s.f. condo modified by a former owner who had clumsily combined two units.

Our task was to create a minimalist, comfortable space that included an office area and a place for guests to stay over. High on the priority list was to accommodate the owner’s extensive art collection.
