Onyx Building

The ONYX is a mixed use building located in the hub of the lively Downtown Boulder’s 15th Street Design District neighborhood. The project consists of over 4000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space and six residential lofts located on the second and third floors. Ranging from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet, each loft is unique in design and has individual plans, materials and color schemes.

Located at the corner of Arapahoe Avenue and 15th Street, the building was designed to respond to two different streetscapes. 15th Street is a mix of urban residential, office and small commercial businesses. Views of the flatirons are to the south along with Arapahoe Avenue, a busy arterial street.
