This year marks an important milestone for HMH. Leah, Lauren, Kristin, and Stephanie have continued to take on expanded leadership across design, client engagement, and operations—guiding projects, mentoring teams, and shaping the firm’s creative direction day to day. In 2026, these roles will be formally recognized, reflecting the way HMH has been operating and growing in practice.
Harvey’s influence remains foundational to the firm. He continues to be actively involved with the design team and the work itself, offering experience, perspective, and steady leadership as HMH evolves. For our clients, the way we work remains deeply personal, collaborative, and hands-on—while the leadership supporting that work grows broader and more invested behind the scenes.

We travel together to experience architecture firsthand (NYC, Los Angeles, Palm Springs), host weekly design critiques over happy hour, gather for all-staff lunches, and celebrate with families and friends at summer and holiday parties.
