As we head into the new year, HMH Architecture + Interiors is celebrating an important milestone—one rooted in continuity, shared leadership, and the steady evolution of a team that has been shaping the firm for years.
Effective January 1, 2026, Leah, Stephanie, Kristin, and Lauren will increase their ownership in the firm, formally recognizing the expanded leadership roles they have already been carrying across design, operations, and strategic direction. This milestone reflects the way HMH has been operating in practice—and affirms a long-term commitment to the future of the firm.
For clients, the experience of working with HMH remains seamless and familiar. Our collaborative process, design sensibility, and deeply engaged team remain the same—supported by a leadership group that is already actively guiding projects and the practice as a whole.
Built on a Strong Foundation
Harvey’s influence is woven into the DNA of HMH—from its design philosophy to its collaborative approach. He remains actively involved in the firm, engaged with the design team and the work itself, and continues to provide big-picture thinking, guidance, and perspective that shape both individual projects and the broader direction of the practice.
Alongside him, Leah, Kristin, Lauren, and Stephanie have long been leading across design, client engagement, and operations—guiding projects, mentoring teams, and contributing to the firm’s creative and strategic vision. The transition in 2026 simply formalizes this shared leadership structure and reflects how HMH has been working for some time: collaboratively, thoughtfully, and with continuity at the core.
Looking Ahead
This milestone is both meaningful and intentional. With increased ownership and an aligned leadership team, HMH is well positioned for long-term growth while remaining grounded in the values, culture, and design approach that have always defined the firm.
We’re grateful for the trust of our clients and collaborators, and energized to continue building thoughtful, enduring work—together.
