Project Manager Kristin Nothwehr is the latest member of the HMH team to earn her Architecture License. Kristin approaches architecture from a love of craftsmanship and a drive to understand how things are made. She has years of professional design experience including schematics, design development, construction documentation, site development, and project management.

The licensing process for architecture is very long and difficult, with seven examinations which each require weeks or months of study and thousands of hours of experience which must be logged. The exams cover training in categories such as Programming, Planning & Practice, Site Planning & Design, Building Design & Construction Systems, Schematic Design, Structural Systems, Building Systems, and Construction Documents & Services.

The Architect Registration Exam evaluates candidate’s knowledge and ability to provide the various services required in the practice of architecture. Originally from Iowa, she studied architecture at Yale and spent many years practicing in NYC before landing in Colorado.

Congratulations Kristin on this amazing achievement! We are honored to have you as part of our HMH team!
