How do I choose a contractor? Can you help?
We work with several local, reasonable contractors and are happy to put you in touch with them or, better yet, arrange for a competitive bid between comparable contractors.
Can I use my own builder?
Yes. We provide a separate contract from the builder allowing you to use the builder of your choice if they are available for and capable of completing the work. Further, our drawings are detailed enough to facilitate a good working relationship with any contractor.
