Since joining the practice, Ms. Goff has played a lead role on numerous projects, helping to refine the HMH Colorado Modern style. Ms. Goff’s projects have received recognition from the American Institute of Architects, the American Society of Interior Designers, and the International Interior Design Association, among others.
Cherie grew up in Summit County and was raised with an appreciation for nature, outdoor recreation and the unique spirit and style of Colorado. Known for her design rigor, Cherie believes that good design comes from good collaboration and keeping things simple. Cherie prides herself in taking complex criteria and distilling it into a spacious, livable design. Finding the simplest solution that addresses all of the criteria is the goal of every project.
Cherie has a passion for capturing a feeling of warmth and comfort and a proclivity for modern architecture. She believes that a home is an extension of a family: both a retreat and sanctuary; a place to reconnect to each other as well as the natural environment. As a LEED Green Associate, Cherie specializes in energy efficient, sustainable, site sensitive buildings with lots of natural light and connections to the outdoors, clean lines, clear volumes, and open plans.
